To nail a vocal on a minimal / tech track takes something special i think. It can either go two ways. 1 which is sounding cheesey & dated or 2 just not sounding right at all , a spoken word is a different kettle of fish as them sort of tracks work well i think, here we have a great example of a vocal track on top of a minimal beat which has been produced to perfection. Great track from tom ellis I smile :-)
