Who is Arto Mwambé? is he really from Africa or is he in fact another Producer? personally I’m not sure but whoever Arto Mwambé is its a sure fact that his music speaks for itself.
Polish DJ & producer Jacek Sienkiewicz gives us his annual techno record that’s a must have buy. Last year he thrilled us with his “Mirrors” EP & this year he’s doing the same with the shiny new EP -”Beacon”.The fun doesn’t stop there though as he’s brought a friend a long & this friend is none other than Michel Baumann aka Soulphiction aka Jackmate.
Originally released as part of an EP back in 2002 via Transparent Records - “Soul Revival” by Craig Alexander has had a well needed repress which comes courtesy of the excellent & on form Japanese electronic music label - Millions Of Moments.

Matthew Dear’s 2003 minimal “pop” like anthem “Dog Day”s gets the remix treatment from some of the best in the business. The Robsoul Remixes sees Chicago house legend DJ Sneak, [Robsoul] front man Phil Weeks & the more minimally minded Chris Carrier all turn out a quality take on this now minimal classic.
As the year goes by I seem to be finding myself less and less interested in the Cecille & affiliated labels sound. When they first launched I thought great a new (ish) sound but after the same sounding releases time and again I’m finding some (not all) more throw away Mp3 than ones for the collection.
For the launch of their new and rather exclusive special edition catalogue (Mojuba Special Edition) Don William’s Mojuba imprint have kicked things of as they mean to carry on.
