Rewound Circuit Of The Week

This was a record that defined a long hot summer back in 2004.There was something about it, that when played out in the soaring heat of Ibiza’s midday sun, it would do strange things to revellers on the floor. It would take you to that place that only good music can do. For a moment everything was calm and it was like the world had come to a stand still, well everyone apart from a few hundred tucked away in a then unknown corner of Ibiza. Everyone riding the same wave as the music slowly came out of the speakers and washed across the floor taking you with it on every level. This is why Carl Craig is such a genius at what he does who else could make such a timeless track like Sandstorms

I was gonna use this as the first record on pt.1 of my Gentle Art mix……..but went for the Dice track instead……thought I’d use it as an outro on part two………but its a fair old length so reconsidered and thought I’ll deffo pull it out at some point…..
Been arsing round with it this afternoon as it happens….
