Sety is the man behind the ever so slick and always on form French house and techno label Circus Company. Many of you may not have heard of him before as its been a good four years since his last release, but as they say a fine wine matures with age and i think it goes without saying this is one of the finest full bodied releases your going to hear in a long time.
The Moles remix of “Playing For Keeps” is a wierd but wonderful trip through house, techno and even a bit of disco & filtered house.
Chord Tracking is a quality modern house cut that takes you on an 11 minute journey through deep Chicago house esque drums,vibrant loose chord stabs and an all over very good piece of house music.
Simon “Plastik” Baker reworks Simian Mobile Disco’s recent single “Sleep Deprivation” and the out come is a 10 minute loopy techno work out that will be smashing discotheque’s to death up and down the land this summer.
Nick Holder’s “Time” (Ft Sacha) on vocals gets the remix treatment by two of the best in the game at the moment. Georg von dem Bussche & Steffen (Dixon) Berkhahn, Aka Wahoo give two solid remixes both a vocal & a dub version. If that doesn’t tantalise your taste buds, up and coming producer Manuel Tur continues his fine run of form lately with yes you guessed it a vocal & a dub.
